Dr. Harms is Board Certified by
The American Board of Family Practice “ Medicine is not just a one way street anymore – the idea that ‘Doctor knows best’ is antiquated. Every human being is absolutely unique and this means that treatments should be tailored to that specific individual. This also requires that the individual understand as much about their particular problem, and the proposed treatment, as possible so that physician and patient may work together, without pretense, toward a common goal.” “This, in turn, means (almost more than anything) taking the time listen to the patient. Over and over again I have found this skill to be the cornerstone of a successful medical practice. And yet at the same time it is also the key to a rewarding medical practice. Because, for me, the most rewarding part of medicine is getting to see people from all walks of life, learning from them, and helping them along their journey.” Dr. Harms is board certified in Family Medicine through the American Board of Family Practice. He has been to Honduras with the Hackett-Hemwall foundation in 2003, 2005-2008, when he served as a prolotherapy instructor. Has been an instructor at University of Wisconsin - Madison Prolotherapy seminar 2004 - 2008
He has volunteered his
prolotherapy services multiple times at the Beulah Land Natural Medicine clinic. |
